Bugzilla and GUI frontends

I am using bugzilla to track several bugs with jablog, but it struck me that after all it's not the best tool to use over the web.

I'm not saying that it isn't a good tool, it's the execution that I find somewhat lacking. Bugzilla should really have some kind of native client as a query interface in addition to the web-based front-end it now has. Googling after an Eclipse plugin has produced some very intersting things, the most notable of which is buglist.

On a completely unrelated note, I just noticed that the Planning category on Freshmeat has been disabled - too many DOA projects?

The other thing that I noticed is that if you search for bugzilla GUI client or anything similar, the results are pretty non-relevant because of the popularity of bugzilla
